Q1. I sent in my 1st order that amounts to $50 and then send in another order that has an amount of $70, do i get to have a discount off the total amount of both orders?
Yes, we welcome two separate orders(under same person) and if grand total exceeds SGD 75, discount is offered.

Q2.Can i order before making payment?
Misu yoghurt would appreciate payment for items to be made before orders.However we understand that belles might not be able to make payment upon ordering, so just make sure your payment is made by the last day of spree.
*note: only paid items will be ordered from taiwan.

Q3. Does misu yoghurt offer meet ups?
We do not offer meet up as a mode of delivery because we are students and hence it's hard to make arrangement due to our irregular schedules. Sorry for any inconvenience caused but if there's real a need to do it, pls drop us a mail for more information. ^-^

Q4. Exchange rate?
NT20=SGD 1. The exchange rate often fluctuates around 20, hence misu yoghurt sets a standard exchange rate as 20.

Q5. Will the items be ordered even if the spree doesn’t meet quota?
As long as your items are paid, misu yoghurt will order for u, or else the full amount will be refunded.

Q6.How long will the items reach?
If item in order list does not have stock in Taiwan item will be restock:

• max 20 workings for clothes &
• max 30 days for jeans.
  (Of course, misu yoghurt will try our best to help u verify the stock's availability be4 spree ends).
  
  Once ordered items are ready on the seller's side, they will send to us and it will take about 4-7 working days.When we receive the items, we'll send out ASAP and a notification mail will be sent after we send our ur goods.
  *according to Taiwan sellers, sat,sun and pub.hol are not included as working days.

Q7. My computer can’t read Chinese words from spree sites. How?
Do try to adjust your page encoding to Chinese Traditional (Big 5). If unsuccessful, do continue to view the webbies and email us the url of the item that you like and misu yoghurt will assist you further.

Q8. May i have mroe information on the pricing of the registered postage?
